Team Dirty Jersey Productions short film entry will be created by Dirty Jersey Productions LLC, founded by Salvatore D. Fasolino in 2005. Salvatore is a 28-year-old writer and director hailing from New Jersey. After graduating both Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BA in electronic film making and the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, he dove head first into one of the most competitive businesses in the world with the creation of two full budget short films; ‘Right Type of Wrong’ in 2007 and ‘Refoundationing’ in 2011, both of which he wrote and directed. More recently Salvatore was a 1st Assistant Director on ‘Deathly Love’ a feature film at Sandstorm Productions. Salvatore has worked assisting closely on Warner Bros. Television for ‘Gossip Girl’ and CBS for ‘Golden Boy’. Currently he is assisting on ‘Person of Interest’ on CBS television. Much of Salvatore’s work can be viewed on his Youtube Channel.
Joining Dirty Jersey Productions a second time and producing the entry will be Michael Johnson, a 24-year-old actor hailing from central New Jersey. Michael teamed up with Salvatore in 2011 working as an actor for his ‘Doritos Crash the Superbowl Contest’ official entry. Michael began his acting career in 2010 after graduating Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He began a career in radio which quickly developed into voice-over and acting. Today Michael has booked lead and supporting roles in a number of short films and features. Most recently he attended the 2012 Horrorfind Film Festival for his work in ‘Psycho Therapy’, a short film and official selection of the festival.
